Job Description
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving daily production activities while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Reduce material wastage, downtime, and production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production reports and process documentation.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and SOP compliance on the shop floor.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
- Supervise production operators and provide technical guidance.
