Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & SourcingSource candidates through field activities, job fairs, local markets, colleges, industrial areas, and placement consultants.
- Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
- Generate candidate leads through references and local networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Field Recruitment ActivitiesVisit locations to attract and mobilize candidates.
- Conduct recruitment drives in colleges, training institutes, and communities.
- Build relationships with placement cells, NGOs, and skill development centers.
- Promote job opportunities through pamphlets, posters, and local campaigns.
- Candidate ManagementExplain job roles, salary structure, benefits, and company policies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Collect and verify candidate documents before joining.
- Maintain regular communication until candidates join.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
- Update daily recruitment reports and field visit reports.
- Track interview attendance, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Recruitment Manager.
- Target AchievementMeet daily sourcing and interview targets.
- Achieve monthly joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
