Sales Co-ordinator

• Coordinate with customers for home loan enquiries and document collection.
• Follow up with banks for login, credit, legal, technical, sanction, and disbursement status.
• Maintain daily lead status, customer follow-up details, and MIS reports.
• Support the sales team in file preparation and loan processing activities.
• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner.
• Verify basic documents such as KYC, income proof, bank statements, property documents, and loan application forms.
• Coordinate with builders, bank officers, legal, valuation, and credit teams whenever required.
• Update CRM / Excel sheets regularly with accurate file status.
• Ensure timely follow-up for pending documents, sanction letters, MOD, registration, and disbursement requirements.
• Handle customer queries and provide proper updates regarding the loan process.
• Support the team to achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
