About UsNestFinder Properties is a growing real estate consultancy specializing in residential resale, rental, and investment properties across Greater Noida West, including Eco Village 1, Eco Village 2, Eco Village 3, Amrapali Dream Valley, and nearby societies.

Responsibilities• Handle buyer and seller leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Google, and company databases.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

• Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with clients.

• Assist customers throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process.

• Maintain lead records and daily updates in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Work towards monthly sales targets.

Requirements• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Confident speaking with customers over phone and in person.

• Sales experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
