Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telemarketing Manager to lead and manage the telemarketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving conversion rates, managing telecallers, monitoring team performance, and ensuring effective communication with prospective clients for real estate projects including villas, farmhouses, plots, and land investments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the telemarketing team on a daily basis.
  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and call quality.
  • Train, coach, and motivate telecallers to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of leads through CRM.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Ensure achievement of lead generation and site visit targets.
  • Manage data allocation and lead distribution among team members.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency within the team.
  • Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience in CRM management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Call Center Management.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Site visits scheduled and completed.
  • Lead-to-visit conversion ratio.
  • Team productivity and attendance.
  • Call quality and customer engagement scores.
