Job Description

  • ईंधन भरना: कारों, बाइकों और कमर्शियल वाहनों में सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से पेट्रोल/डीजल भरना।
  • मशीन का संचालन: फ्यूल डिस्पेंसिंग मशीन (नोजल और मीटर) को सावधानीपूर्वक और सही ढंग से ऑपरेट करना।
  • कैश और डिजिटल पेमेंट संभालना: ग्राहकों से नकद (Cash) लेना, छुट्टे पैसों का सही हिसाब रखना और QR कोड (Paytm/PhonePe) या स्वाइप मशीन से पेमेंट कलेक्ट करना।
  • बेहतर ग्राहक सेवा: पंप पर आने वाले सभी ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्रता और सम्मान से बात करना।
  • सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन: मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग न करने और वाहन का इंजन बंद रखने जैसे सुरक्षा नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करवाना।
  • साफ-सफाई का ध्यान: अपनी ड्यूटी के दौरान डिस्पेंसिंग यूनिट और उसके आस-पास के एरिये को साफ-सुथरा रखना।
  • शिफ्ट का हिसाब देना: अपनी 8 घंटे की शिफ्ट खत्म होने पर कैश और सेल का पूरा हिसाब सुपरवाइजर या मैनेजर को सौंपना।
