Job Description
ऑफिस बॉय (Office Boy) – जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन
कार्य समय:
सुबह 9:00 बजे से रात 8:00 बजे तक
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित वातावरण बनाए रखना।
- कर्मचारियों एवं मेहमानों के लिए चाय, कॉफी एवं पानी की व्यवस्था करना।
- ऑफिस में आने वाले विज़िटर्स का विनम्रता से स्वागत करना।
- आवश्यकतानुसार दस्तावेज़, फाइलें एवं अन्य सामान एक विभाग से दूसरे विभाग तक पहुँचाना।
- ऑफिस के दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तुओं (स्टेशनरी, पानी, सफाई सामग्री आदि) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।
- मीटिंग रूम को मीटिंग से पहले एवं बाद में व्यवस्थित रखना।
- आवश्यकतानुसार बैंक, कुरियर, मार्केट या अन्य छोटे ऑफिस कार्यों के लिए बाहर जाना।
- ऑफिस के फर्नीचर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण एवं अन्य संसाधनों की सामान्य देखभाल करना।
- वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्य समय पर पूरा करना।
- ऑफिस परिसर की सुरक्षा एवं स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना।
- आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:न्यूनतम 10वीं पास।
- ईमानदार, समय का पाबंद एवं जिम्मेदार।
- विनम्र व्यवहार एवं अच्छी संचार क्षमता।
- शारीरिक रूप से कार्य करने में सक्षम।
- स्थानीय क्षेत्र की सामान्य जानकारी होना वांछनीय।
- वेतन एवं अन्य सुविधाएँ:वेतन: कंपनी के नियमों एवं अनुभव के अनुसार।
- साप्ताहिक अवकाश एवं अन्य सुविधाएँ कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार प्रदान की जाएँगी।
