Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Tally Prime Operations
• Record and manage all sales and purchase entries in Tally Prime
• Maintain accurate ledger postings and voucher entries
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Prepare and reconcile monthly stock reports
• Coordinate with stores and production teams for inventory accuracy
• Banking & Financial Transactions
• Handle all banking transactions including payments, receipts, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and maintain bank books
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Process monthly employee salaries and maintain payroll records
• Generate and file PF and ESIC challans on time
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Audit & CoordinationAssist in internal and external audits
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) for financial reporting and statutory filings
• GST & Taxation
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Reconcile GST input/output and ensure timely payments
• Handle GST audits and notices

 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter)
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of GST, PF, ESIC, and audit procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
