Location: Khese Park, Lohegaon, Pune
About the Project
THE SOCIETE is an exclusive collection of 21 premium row houses located in the rapidly developing Khese Park micro-market of Lohegaon. Designed for discerning homebuyers, the project offers thoughtfully planned 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences with excellent connectivity to Pune International Airport, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, and major IT hubs.
We are seeking ambitious, polished, and highly professional sales personnel capable of engaging HNI, NRI, business-class, and upper-middle-class clientele.
Position
Senior Sales Executive / Property Consultant
Experience Required
Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Real estate sales experience in residential projects
- Experience selling premium apartments, villas, row houses, or plotted developments
- Proven sales closure track record
- Experience handling ticket sizes above ₹2 Crore
Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations.
- Handle complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer ConsultationPresent project USPs confidently.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Explain pricing structures, payment plans, legal documentation, and project timelines.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process.
- CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate lead records.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with management for sales reviews and forecasts.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competing projects.
- Understand market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback to management.

✔ CRM software proficiency
✔ Digital lead handling experience (Meta, Google, Housing.com, MagicBricks, 99acres)
✔ Understanding of home loan processes and customer financing
