Job Description

Telesales Executive (Work From Home)

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–60 outbound calls daily.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients.
  • Fix 4 genuine appointments daily for the Field Sales Team.
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups.

Monthly Target: Generate ₹1,20,000 revenue.

Requirements:

  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Telesales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can apply).
  • Laptop/Desktop with stable internet.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Incentive Structure:

  • Achieve ₹1,20,000 monthly revenue and earn an incentive of ₹24,000.
  • Achieve ₹60,000 monthly revenue and earn an incentive of ₹12,000.
  • Higher revenue = Higher incentives.
