Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating member records, daily logs, and operational data in Excel or internal software.
  • Documentation: Handling paperwork, maintaining files, and preparing daily/weekly reports for the management.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Assisting the accounts team with basic billing, verifying receipts, and tracking expenses.
  • Communication: Handling internal emails, coordinating with the front desk/sales team, and managing vendor follow-ups.
  • Inventory Control: Keeping a check on office supplies, club stationeries, and raised requirements when needed.
