Job Description

Warehouse Operations

  1. Stack and organize products in designated areas.
  2. Assist with loading and unloading goods from inbound stock or outbound trucks.
  3. Use handheld scanners or barcode systems (where applicable) to verify items.

Quality & Safety

  1. Monitor product quality and report damaged/expired goods.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the picking and packing area.
  3. Follow all health, safety, and company compliance procedures.

Productivity & Reporting

  1. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
  2. Alert supervisors about stock issues, discrepancies, or operational problems.
  3. Work ConditionsPhysical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and moving items for long periods.
  4. Rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, and night shifts depending on warehouse needs.
  5. May work 6 days a week with periodic overtime.
