Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle front-desk operations, greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management: Greet clients, guests, and visitors with a warm and positive attitude; handle their inquiries efficiently.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
- Visitor & Courier Logs: Maintain visitor registers and manage the distribution of incoming/outgoing couriers, letters, and packages.
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting room calendars, and organizing basic office documentation.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception and lobby area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Key RequirementsEducation: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (English and local regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, and internet browsing).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
