Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills who can fluently speak at least 3 to 4 languages (Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, or Telugu). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, and promoting our laptop store services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Communicate fluently in multiple languages with customers.
• Provide accurate information about laptops, accessories, and services.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins and sales opportunities.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and customer records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and support.

Required Languages (Any 3–4 fluently):

• Hindi
• English
• Kannada
• Tamil
• Bengali
• Marathi
• Telugu

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of telecalling/customer support experience (Fresher with good communication also considered).
• Fluency in 3 or more languages (mandatory).
• Good telephonic etiquette and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
