Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCall prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain company products and services.
  • Generate sales enquiries and follow up with customers.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
  • Update daily calling and sales reports in Microsoft Excel.
  • Send product details, quotations and follow-up messages through email and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and tele-calling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
  • Ability to maintain customer data and prepare reports.
  • Basic English and good Hindi communication.
  • Confident, polite and target-oriented attitude.
  • EligibilityQualification: 12th pass or graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
  • Candidates having experience in tele-sales, customer calling, office work or sales coordination will be preferred.
