*CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS OF ALL COMPANY PROPERTIES AND LEASED PREMISES.

*ENSURE AII FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS ARE FUNCTIONAL AND STATUTORY NORMS ARE COMPLIED WITH.

*MAINTAIN CHECKLIST FOR EIECTRICAL,PIUMBING,FIREFIGHTING,LIFTS,DG SETS AND COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE.

*SUPERVISE PIUMBERS,ELECTRICIANS,CIVIL CONTRACTORS,PAINTERS AND OTHER VENDORS DURING REPAIR WORKS.
