Job SummaryTeknik Motors is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to handle customer calls, generate service appointments, follow up with existing customers, and support customer engagement activities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for service reminders and appointment bookings.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service, feedback, and pending work.
• Generate leads for service packages, accessories, and AMC plans.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer information in CRM.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop teams.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Eligibility12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is preferred.
