Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, software installation, user support, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Install and maintain antivirus software, system updates, and security patches.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and email configurations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and keep records of laptops, desktops, accessories, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
• Support employee onboarding by configuring systems, email IDs, and required software.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of IT support activities and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of software installation and system configuration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or related field.
