Short Description:
Kya aap ek grow hote hue sector me apna career banana chahte hain? Master Craft (Ravindra Solar) ko apne solar products aur services (Rooftop Solar, Solar Pumps, and On-grid/Hybrid Systems) ki sales ko badhane ke liye energetic aur result-oriented Sales Executives ki talash hai. Agar aapme logon se baat karne ka hunar hai aur aap field sales me expert hain, toh humein aapki jarurat hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Rooftop solar aur solar pumps ke liye naye customers (Residential, Commercial, aur Agricultural) ko dhoodhna aur unse contact karna.
- Customer Meetings: Potential clients se milna, unhe solar energy ke fayde samjhana, aur unki requirement ke hisab se best solar solutions suggest karna.
- Site Assessment: Initial site survey coordinate karna aur system capacity ka basic estimate customer ko dena.
- Sales Closure: Quotations share karna, follow-ups lena aur deals ko successfully close karna.
- Relationship Management: Naye aur purane customers se acche rishte banaye rakhna taaki references mil sakein.
- Reporting: Daily sales activities aur leads ki report management ko submit karna.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Kisi bhi stream me).
- Skills: Behtareen communication aur convincing skills (Hindi/Local language par acchi pakad).
- Vehicle: Apni khud ki bike/scooter aur valid Driving License hona mandatory hai (Field work ke liye).
- Android Phone: Ek accha smartphone chalana aana chahiye.
- Attitude: Target-oriented aur hamesha naya sikhne ke liye taiyar (Positive Attitude).
