Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with the design team and management to enhance the company's brand presence, attract potential clients, and increase online visibility across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and generate quality leads for our interior design services.

o Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

2. Social Media Management:

o Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

o Curate engaging content and design social media campaigns to showcase the company’s portfolio, client projects, and organizational culture.

o Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

3. SEO and Content Marketing:

o Optimize website content and blog posts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

o Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, ensuring SEO best practices are followed to boost search engine visibility.

o Create, distribute, and manage high-quality content such as blog articles, case studies, and newsletters.

4. PPC Campaigns & Paid Advertising:

o Plan and manage paid campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms, to generate leads and drive conversions.

o Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for cost-effectiveness, and provide detailed performance reports.

5. Email Marketing:

o Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote new services, and engage clients.

o Analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to refine and enhance future campaigns.

6. Website Management & Analytics:

o Collaborate with web developers to ensure the company website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.

o Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights on traffic, conversions, and ROI.

7. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through digital communication channels.

o Support the creation of client proposals, presentations, and digital brochures, ensuring they align with the company's brand and objectives.

8. Brand Awareness & Reputation Management:

o Ensure the company’s brand identity is effectively communicated across digital marketing channels.

o Monitor online reviews and feedback to ensure a positive online reputation, promptly addressing any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields; experience in tele-calling is a plus.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Canva, and others.

* A strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.

* Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative thinking and attention to detail.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

* Knowledge of the interior design industry is desirable.
