Job Description

We are hiring Management Trainees for our 8–12 month on the job training program. This job is designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including Sales, Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Operations. As a Management Trainee, you will gain practical exposure in the field of Sales, HR, Finance. This job is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and need practical exposure in all the fields of management.

Key Responsibilities

Gain practical exposure to key business functions, including Sales, Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Operations.

Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and client interaction

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions/products accordingly

Achieve sales and business targets assigned by the company

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding products and services

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sales/business development processes

Ability to convince, negotiate, and build rapport with customers

Self-motivated attitude

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
