Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Experience: 0–5 Years

Location: Bengaluru – BTM Layout, Marathahalli, Manyata Tech Park, Whitefield

Salary: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA

Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in the BPO/Customer Support industry.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
  • Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 0–5 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
