Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various channels including referrals, digital marketing, walk-ins, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and CRM teams for smooth closure of transactions.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales events.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in residential and commercial property sales.
Good knowledge of local real estate market and RERA regulations.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
