Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Dealer Sales Executives to drive sales of two-wheelers across our dealership network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Generate leads through walk-ins, field visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination.
• Convert inquiries into successful retail sales.
• Explain financing options, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during and after vehicle delivery.
• Participate in local promotional activities, road shows, and dealership events.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat and referral customers.
