Job Description
Promote assigned FMCG products to customers in the store.
Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities (if applicable).
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the supervisor.
Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
Submit daily sales and activity reports.
