Location: Kazhakootam / Kulathoor, Thiruvananthapuram

Le Lumiere Restaurant is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. If you have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in restaurant operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Manage inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
Prepare daily reports and achieve sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and team management.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
