Job Description
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Preferred Background: General Division, Critical Care, and Pharma Sales
Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets, drive prescription generation, expand market coverage, develop key relationships with doctors, hospitals, stockists, and chemists, monitor field performance, implement sales strategies, and ensure timely reporting while delivering sustainable business growth within the assigned territory.
