Job Description

Provide onsite technical support to clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.

Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, NVR/DVRs, biometric attendance systems, and access control devices.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) visits.

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, and power supply replacement.

Configure email clients, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and basic cloud services.

Assist in server installation, Active Directory user management, file sharing, and backup verification.

Update service reports, ticket status, and documentation after every client visit.

Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers when required.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client security policies.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
