Job Description – Team Lead - Digital Consultant  Position Overview We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Team Lead - Digital Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, conducting virtual meetings, presenting subscription plans, and explaining Gonukkad.com services through online presentations and demonstrations. 

Your Role at Large

• Lead and manage inside sales executives for outbound sales activities.

• Conduct daily team meetings and performance discussions.

• Connect with potential business clients through outbound calling and lead-based calling.

• Conduct video meetings and online product presentations.

• Explain Gonukkad.com services and subscription plans to prospective customers.

• Ensure team productivity, lead management, and target achievement.

• Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach.

• Handle escalations and support team members in closures.

 Key Responsibilities

• 100% Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Process

• Managing outbound calling and business development activities

• Conducting online demonstrations and presentations through video meetings

• Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Monitoring sales funnel, conversion ratio, and productivity

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintaining CRM updates and reporting activities

• Team handling, training, and performance management Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream

• Minimum 2 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales Required Skills
