Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend all customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and walk-in visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
  • Create and maintain enquiry records in the ERP/CRM system.
  • Assign enquiries to the appropriate Sales Executive or showroom.
  • Follow up with customers and the sales team on pending enquiries.
  • Ensure every enquiry receives a timely response.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to update enquiry status.
