Job Description
Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
