Job Description

  • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and messages
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain customer records in CRM/software
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Support payment collection follow-ups
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection positively
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM)
  • Time management and discipline
  • Graduate / undergraduate (as per company policy)
