🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• Generate new customers for loan products / लोन उत्पादों के लिए नए ग्राहक जोड़ना

• Conduct field visits and customer meetings / फील्ड विजिट और ग्राहक मीटिंग करना

• Explain loan schemes and convert leads into customers / लोन योजनाओं की जानकारी देकर ग्राहकों में कन्वर्ट करना

• Handle group loan activities / ग्रुप लोन गतिविधियों को संभालना

• Customer verification and documentation / ग्राहक सत्यापन और दस्तावेज़ीकरण

• Loan collection and recovery activities / लोन कलेक्शन और रिकवरी कार्य

• Build and maintain customer relationships / ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना

• Submit daily field and sales reports / दैनिक फील्ड और सेल्स रिपोर्ट जमा करना
