Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (D2C)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Mandatory)
Applicants must have prior experience working with D2C brands or a D2C-focused marketing agency.
About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who understands the complete D2C growth ecosystem. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and media buyers to execute campaigns, optimize customer acquisition, and help scale fast-growing eCommerce brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, analyzing data, and improving marketing performance every single day.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Assist in Google Ads campaign management
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Shopify & Website Optimization
- Update product pages, collections, banners, and landing pages
- Optimize conversion rates using heatmaps and analytics
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements
- Ensure tracking pixels and events work correctly
- Analytics & ReportingMonitor KPIs including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CAC
- CTR
- CPM
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Revenue
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement using data
- Creative Coordination
- Work with graphic designers and video editors
- Create creative briefs for ads
- Suggest new ad angles based on competitor research
- Coordinate UGC and influencer creatives
- Market ResearchResearch competitors daily
- Track new advertising trends
- Analyze competitor offers, pricing, creatives, and funnels
- Suggest new growth opportunities
- Customer Journey Optimization
- Improve landing page experience
- Increase conversion rates
- Reduce cart abandonment
- Improve customer retention strategies
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Assist in creating email campaigns
- Set up abandoned cart flows
- Create promotional campaigns
- Support customer retention initiatives
- Project Management
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and founders
- Ensure marketing tasks are completed on time
- Maintain organized documentation and campaign records
- Daily Tasks
- Check Meta Ads performance
- Monitor campaign budgets and ROAS
- Pause underperforming ads
- Scale winning campaigns
- Analyze previous day's sales
- Review Shopify analytics
- Perform competitor research
- Coordinate with creative team for new ad creatives
- Upload creatives and launch campaigns
- Test new audiences and creatives
- Update task tracker
- Prepare end-of-day performance summary
- Identify growth opportunities
- Attend daily team stand-up meetings
- Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of D2C marketing experience
- Experience running Meta Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads
- Good understanding of Shopify
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking
- Knowledge of customer acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Klaviyo or Email Marketing
- Experience with WhatsApp Marketing
- Basic Canva or Photoshop skills
- Experience using ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for marketing workflows
