Sr. Accountant

 Responsibilities

• To Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• To Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) to identify spending trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations. Handle timely preparation and filing of required tax returns
• Monitor bank balances, oversee payment allocations, perform regular bank reconciliations, and assist in short-to-medium-term cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare detailed audit schedules, compile clean documentation, and ensure all internal controls are strictly followed.
• Review and streamline Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows. Ensure vendor ledgers and payroll data are reconciled perfectly before payouts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master's degree (M.Com/MBA Finance) or professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.

            Advanced mastery of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Tally).
