Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting customer inquiries into successful sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales DevelopmentGenerate qualified leads through outbound calling, existing databases, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily calling targets, follow-up goals, and monthly sales objectives.
- 2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
- 3. Sales Coordination & CRM ManagementPrepare quotations and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up activities, quotations, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationGraduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Experience1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
