Job Description
📍 Location: Dahisar, Mumbai (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Setu Technologies is a leading software solutions provider specializing in business productivity and enterprise software. We help businesses across India improve productivity through industry-leading solutions such as WPS Office and Nitro PDF.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Inside Sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and prospective customers across India.
- Promote and explain the features and benefits of WPS Office and Nitro PDF solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable licensing options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Schedule product demonstrations and online meetings when required.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the sales team through CRM.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Willingness to learn software licensing and business productivity solutions.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
