Job Title: Inventory Executive

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain / Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Job SummaryThe Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to support smooth business operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/WMS system.
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and reconciliation statements.
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and stock-outs.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Follow company policies related to inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
