Job Description
Job Summary- The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Service Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring timely vehicle servicing, maintaining service quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating with the spare parts team, and ensuring adherence to Royal Enfield service standards.
- Assist in managing daily workshop operations.
- Allocate and monitor repair and service jobs.
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Resolve customer service concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts department for parts availability.
- Monitor workshop productivity and service targets.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield service processes and safety standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports.
