🎨 Hiring: Graphic Designer (InDesign Specialist)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring our print and publishing projects to life.

Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign to handle book layouts, cover designs, and print-ready production work. If you have an eye for typography, layout precision, and print design standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

-Design and format book interiors, covers, and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign

 -Prepare print-ready files with accurate bleed, margins, and color profiles (CMYK)

-Collaborate with editorial and production teams to maintain design consistency

-Manage multiple design projects within tight deadlines

-Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and publishing standards

-Proofread and refine layouts for typographical and visual accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator/Adobe Creative Suite and Pro Create (mandatory); working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

-Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and print production workflows

-Familiarity with pre-press processes (bleed, trim, CMYK color mode)

-Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Portfolio showcasing book/print layout work is a must

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

-Experience in book publishing or print media industry

-Basic knowledge of file prep for offset printing

-Familiarity with EPUB/digital formatting (a plus, not mandatory)
