Job Description

  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp for pending payments.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding overdue accounts and payment commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection follow-ups and customer communications.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Outstanding Reports.
  • Track customer credit limits and inform management before dispatching orders exceeding approved limits.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment reconciliation.
  • Resolve customer payment-related queries in coordination with internal departments.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
  • Escalate long-pending outstanding cases to management.
  • Generate statements of accounts and share them with customers whenever required.
  • Maintain customer-wise ageing analysis and collection MIS.
  • Support month-end and year-end receivable closing activities.

Update collection status in Zoho Books on a regular basis.
