Job Description
US Blended Process
* Location - Airoli
* Upto 40₹ In-hand Salary + ₹2,750 Fixed PBI
* If candidates need transport they won't be eligible for Travel allowance
* If candidates are travelling by own company provide TA
One way -1750
Two way - 3500
* Upto 12k - Sales Incentive
* ₹1,00,000 Retention Bonus - 50k first 6months / 50k another 6months (Candidates should be active in system - only that they are eligible for Retention bonus)
* Shift Timings : US Shifts
* Experience Required - 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Sales
*Only International BPO experience will do.*
*STRICTLY NO DOMESTIC OR NON-BPO EXPERIENCE.*
*Note*
* We will also consider Male Candidates who are out of Hiring Boundary & can travel on their own.
* Language Threshold - Only C1.
* No exceptions on Language Skills hence please target profiles only from relevant organizations with the right communication quality.
