E-commerce Operations Executive

We are a fast-growing men’s apparel brand by the name of ROCKWELL selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). We’re looking for someone who can independently run our marketplace operations day-to-day — from listing products to managing orders, returns and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings (catalogue uploads, A+ content, images, pricing, keywords)

• Generate and process shipping labels, manifest orders, coordinate pickups

• Handle returns, RTO, and file reimbursement/SPF claims for wrong or damaged returns

• Manage seller panels end-to-end (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Partner Panel, etc.)

• Monitor inventory, stock health and aging reports across platforms

• Resolve platform disputes and raise/track support tickets

• Onboard products onto new marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms

• Track account health metrics, pricing and basic performance reports

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart ,Myntra or Ajio ( Minimum 1yr Experience Compulsory)

• Strong knowledge of listing processes, label generation and returns/claims workflows

• Familiarity with each platform’s policies, penalties and reimbursement systems

• Good with Excel/Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• (Bonus) Experience with AJIO, Blinkit, Zepto or apparel/fashion category
