Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead our Broker Channel Development. Your primary mission will be to expand our network of broker partners, onboard them onto our digital portal, and drive rental orders through these strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Onboarding: Identify, approach, and register real estate brokers and channel partners onto the RentalFurniture.in portal.
- Relationship Management: Maintain active engagement with onboarded brokers to ensure they understand our service offerings and value proposition.
- Sales Conversion: Transform broker leads into active rental orders, achieving monthly targets for furniture subscriptions.
- Channel Development: Conduct field visits and presentations to showcase how our rental solutions benefit their clients.
- Corporate Expansion: Explore and develop corporate partnerships as secondary growth channels based on capacity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Conveyance: ₹2,500 monthly petrol allowance.
- Incentives: Performance-linked earnings. Receive 10% of the first month's rent for every successful order closed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or channel marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (essential for field visits).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and basic web portals for reporting.
