Field Sales Executive — Socei
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (field role; own two-wheeler required)
Type: Full-time, on-field
Reports to: Sales Manager / Founder
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month fixed + ~₹5,000 average monthly performance incentives (uncapped — earn more as you close more)
About Socei
Socei is a society-management platform that digitises how India’s housing societies run — maintenance billing and online collections, GST/TDS-compliant accounting, a member & staff mobile app, WhatsApp-based notices and reminders, visitor/gate management, and statutory compliance (Form-I registers, nominations, DPDP). We help managing committees cut manual work, improve collections, and stay audit-ready. We’re growing fast and building our on-ground sales team.
Role Summary
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Socei to housing societies — meeting Secretaries, Chairpersons, Treasurers, and Managing Committee members, understanding their pain points, demoing the platform, and closing subscriptions. This is a target-driven, relationship-led field role for someone who enjoys being out in the market and hitting numbers.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field prospecting, society visits, referrals, and local networking (RWAs, managing-committee contacts, property managers, CA/audit firms).
• Pitch and demo Socei to committee members; clearly explain the value (collections, accounting, app, compliance, WhatsApp communication).
• Manage the full sales cycle: first meeting → demo → proposal → negotiation → onboarding hand-off.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for demos booked and societies onboarded.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and daily activity records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the onboarding/support team to ensure a smooth go-live for new societies.
• Gather market and competitor feedback and share it with the product/sales team.
• Attend society AGMs/committee meetings when needed to present and close.

• Society visits / meetings per week
• Product demos conducted per month
• New societies onboarded per month
• Pipeline value and conversion rate
Who You Are (Requirements)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience — B2B, SaaS, real estate, banking/insurance, or channel sales preferred (freshers with strong communication may apply for a junior grade).
• Comfortable with daily field travel across the city; own two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Strong spoken Marathi, Hindi and English — able to build rapport with committee members and senior residents.
• Confident presenting to a group and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organised.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
Nice to Have
• Existing network among housing societies, RWAs, property managers, or society auditors/accountants.
• Familiarity with maintenance billing / society accounting / co-operative housing (MCS Act) processes.
• Experience selling a mobile app or subscription (SaaS) product.
