Inbound Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic issue resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times.
