Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, or in person.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Process logistics requests, orders, and service-related documentation.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation.
