## Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of process industries. 

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industrial sectors.

* Promote and market the company's products and solutions to customers. 

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.

* Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

* Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

* Prepare periodic sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

* Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and post-sales service activities.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

* 6–7 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales.

* Proven experience in selling products or solutions to process industries, chemical plants. 

* Experience in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

## Required Skills

* Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.

* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

* Ability to understand customer processes and recommend suitable solutions.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

## Language Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **Hindi** are mandatory.

## Travel Requirements

* Willingness to travel extensively across India.

* Approximately 20 days of travel per month** to meet customers, conduct site visits, and support business development.
