Job Description
• Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms. • Understand academic background, career goals, and preferences. • Explain UG/PG programs, universities, eligibility, and career opportunities. • Counsel students on course selection and university options. • Handle queries related to admissions, documentation, and fees. • Assist students throughout application and enrollment process. • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions. • Maintain CRM records and track progress. • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
