We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Caryanams. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and driving sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills and love convincing people, we want to talk to you
Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
Sales Conversion: Pitch Caryanams' products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales.
Lead Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all telephonic conversations and customer feedback in the system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales/calling targets.
Customer Support: Provide accurate information regarding pricing, offers, and features to build trust and retain customers.
